Senior Telecommunications Administrator

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• 5+ Years experience designing, implementing and managing VoIP telephony systems, with specific focus on the CS1000 product line.
• Knowledge of, and experience with reporting and analysis tools available in the environment.
• Demonstrable experience with telecommunications vendor management.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair voice issues over data networks.
• Broad knowledge of TCP/IP based networks.
• Willingness to participate, as part of a team, in all levels of administration, from the mundane to the sophisticated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance the demands of multiple constituencies, defines priorities, and set appropriate expectations.
• Strong organizational qualities in all aspects of work.
