How do I import my lists from a file?
You can upload your contacts through Connectophy email system. The system can import Ms. Excel files.
To import contacts:
1. Click “Import”
2. Click "Add Contacts"
3. Browse and upload the file from your computer.
It takes approximately 15 minutes for your lists to be uploaded in the system. The steps are the same in case you save your file as Text (Tab Delimited) or Excel.
Does ConnecTophy delete duplicate email addresses from my contact list?
Yes, Connectophy is very latest email marketing system, it is all clear with the hassles of removing duplicates from your contact list. You can simply sit back and let the system do all cleaning and filtering for you.
What is a Free Trial Account?
A free trial account allows you to test our features, functions and easiness of the program. You can use all the features for 30 days and you can send out 500 emails to your contacts.
You will not need to pay us for free trial account, but yes it will expire once you have sent 500 emails, and you have to contact us to upgrade your account.
Will ConnecTophy delete bounced addresses from my Contact List?
Yes, there are several reason of email getting bounce back (email quota exceeds etc.). That’s why our system is so comprehensive and it doesn’t delete the contacts in the first email campaign.
However, when you run your 2nd email campaign and the results are the same. The system will tag the contacts as DELIVERY FAILURES.
To manually delete bounced address from your Contact List, you can use the ‘Clean List’ option in the Contact List details page.
What happens with unsubscribe requests?
When customers unsubscribe to your email, our system automatically filters them out from your send list and puts them in a master unsubscribe list. However, we recommend checking all emails from customers after you've sent out a campaign.
How do I send a test email to myself to check my emailer? Is there a limit to the no. of test emails I can send?
Yes, we do all the testing and troubleshooting before running your email campaign.
Can I attach files to my email messages?
ConnecTophy Email does not allow you to send attachments with your email messages. Because many viruses come in the form of attachments, most Internet and email service providers block bulk-type emails with standard attachments. We want you to achieve the highest delivery and best email marketing reputation possible, so we do not allow you to use attachments.
How do I create an email using my own HTML code / webpage?
ConnecTophy email system is created according to your needs, you can design your own template in HTML / webpage and simply copy and paste the HTML code into the EMAIL EDITOR.
How can I create an email using a Benchmark Email template?
You can choose your desired template and open in our EDITOR (Design, Preview and Code). This editor is supported by DESIGN, CODE and PREVIEW. So, you can make later changes according to your needs.
Can I use JavaScript / CSS in my Emails?
No, you cannot use JavaScript / CSS in the email campaign. It is due to our security issues and terms and conditions.
